The Transgender Zone Site Award
There
are loads of great sites out there. We hope we are one of them :)
But often the
respectable, medical, and fun transgendered support sites can be
overlooked.
what does it mean?
Your
site is seen by Transgender Zone as a valuable resource for the transgendered
community worldwide, well maintained and controlled. May
be run by a smaller group or individual who has paid particular
attention to the content and features.
The Transgender
Zone
would like to award any 'quality' transgendered site by simply
sanctioning your suggested site with a small award banner, so
visitors know that the site follows the t-zone philosophy of
good support and positive images of transgendered people - if
your suggested site contains sexually explicit language or
images please don't apply.
Rules: No
sexually explicit images or offensive language, no No Kiddie
Porn! No Racism!!!

What
should your site be before you apply?
Your suggested site
should have some content - e.g. not just full of links to other
sites. It should have some original work (not just reproduced
content from other sites) - e.g. research, poetry, artwork, stories,
support lines or something that makes it different from 'most sites'.
| Personal
homepages should only apply if you feel it is supporting
transgendered people - e.g. a support resource that regularly
publishes updates, newsletters or information, and the site is
well maintained and active. |

What
happens next?
First you apply below and
then your application will be sent to the reviewers - the revue will be
carried out. If you are successful you will be emailed and sent the
award banner a .jpg file. As this is an award and not a banner as such
you do not have to set a hyperlink back to the t-zone - this
remains optional.
The Reviewer's decision
is final, but you can re-apply after 1 month if you alter your site. |
