Membership Cancellation Policy

Members of Transgender Zone can cancel their membership any time.

  • No Refunds: When you purchase a monthly membership, you are paying for a full month of membership and will not receive any reimbursement or refund when you cancel. Yearly memberships provide access for a full year, and cancellations will not be refunded.

  • Access Removal: When the full month of your membership has lapsed, you will lose access to all paid features, including: Community Forums, Databases & Live Events.

Members can cancel by going into their account settings (Profile > Account) and selecting the Cancel Membership button.

Privacy & Security Policy

We take the personal information and privacy of our members very seriously. On top of paying to join, members must apply to be apart of the community forums in which trans folks share their stories. A member can get access to the databases and curriculums without applying to the communities, but they will not have access to any of the information of other members, include name and other profile information.

After a member is accepted into the community - meaning their application was accepted - only then can they see the information that other members have put on their profile and posts inside the community. Members do not have access to each other’s personal emails.

Personal email, bank information, dead names, identity, or other information that Transgender Zone collects in the process of collecting membership fees will never be sold or given to anyone outside of Transgender Zone employees or relevant Transgender-Zone-hired contractors. This information will be on a need to know basis with legal agreements put in place to severely penalize non-compliance.

We know that other companies have sold or given their data to call out folks that identify as transgender. As a trans-owned company, we promise that we will never sell your data for any reason.
